Detectives with the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team arrested a 27-year old man on multiple drug charges on Monday.

Lieutenant Rick McArthur of DINT told News Radio 1240 KQEN that a traffic stop was initiated on Jess Block in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. McArthur said a search of his vehicle allegedly revealed approximately 31 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 4.8 grams of suspected heroin and 2.2 grams of suspected cocaine. Also located in the vehicle were numerous other items allegedly consistent with drug dealing.

McArthur said Block was jailed on charges of unlawful possession and delivery of meth, heroin and cocaine, for a misdemeanor count of driving while suspended and for a parole violation. Block was held without bail.

McArthur said Roseburg Police K-9 Trapper was instrumental in the success of the case.
