A Roseburg woman was jailed for a warrant after calling for an ambulance on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 9:30 a.m. the 39-year old asked for the ambulance, saying that she had been bitten by a rattlesnake a long time ago. She was in the 500 block of Southeast Stephens. The woman was detained after the warrant was discovered. The report said the suspect did not appear to have a rattlesnake bite.

Bail was set at $25,000.
