Roseburg Police cited a man for second-degree disorderly conduct following a downtown incident on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said the 30-year old was reported to have a gun and was threatening people near Eagles Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street at about 7:50 p.m. The report said the suspects behavior generated several calls. The suspect was found nearby open carrying a pistol on his hip. He was allegedly very intoxicated and the pistol was taken as evidence.

He was released after being cited.
