A Roseburg man was jailed after a reported disturbance on Wednesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said an investigation revealed there had been a large disturbance around a trailer park in the 500 block of Northeast Alameda. 23-year old Kyle Ullha had allegedly been on a rampage that included going to neighboring businesses and holding various objects as potential weapons.

Ullha was caught walking away from the trailer park just after 10:30 a.m. Charges included second-degree counts of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, and for menacing. Bail was set at $15,000.
