Two people were cited in two alleged littering incidents early Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 4:00 a.m. a 26-year old woman was allegedly seen littering in Eagles Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson, via an RPD security camera that overlooks the area. The report said the suspect was observed throwing a beer can and a cigarette butt in the grass.

At about 4:50 a.m. a 25-year old man was allegedly observed throwing a cigarette out the driver’s side window of a pickup near the corner of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard and Northeast Fowler Street.

Both people were released after being cited for offensive littering.
