Roseburg Police cited a man for a misdemeanor count of hit and run following an incident on Friday.

The report said officers responded to a hit and run in the parking lot of the Department of Human Services on West Harvard, at about 2:45 p.m. The suspect, a 65-year old Roseburg man, allegedly fled the scene and was found hiding inside a restroom in the DHS building. The man was cited after police talked him out of the restroom.

He was then released.
