COVID-19 has claimed 3 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 2,501, as of Sunday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 756 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 186,344. The new cases include:

*217 in Multnomah County

*93 in Clackamas County

*81 in Marion County

*74 in Washington County

*67 in Deschutes County

*56 in Lane County

*35 in Klamath County

*24 in Linn County

*16 in Benton County

*14 in Yamhill County

*13 in Jackson County

*12 in Polk County

*11 in Douglas County

*10 in Josephine County

*8 in Crook County

*6 in Hood River County

*4 each in Columbia and Jefferson counties

*3 in Lincoln County

*2 each in Tillamook and Wasco counties

*1 each in Grant, Malheur, Morrow and Union counties

The new deaths ranged in age from 72 to 84. 2 lived in Marion County. 1 lived in Multnomah County.

OHA said the number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 345, which is 14 more than on Saturday. There are 76 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 5 more than on Saturday.

OHA reported that 22,443 new doses of COVID-19 vaccinations were added to the state immunization registry. Of that total, 19,147 doses were administered on Saturday. 3,296 were administered on previous days but were added to the vaccine registry on Saturday.
