Ballots will be arriving soon for the upcoming Special Districts Election, for registered voters in the county.

County Clerk Daniel Loomis said ballots must be returned no later than 8:00 p.m. on May 18th. Loomis said voters have until approximately May 10th to safely utilize the US mail to cast their ballot. Voters can also use drop box sites located around the county.

Registered voters who need to update their registration information can go to: https://sos.oregon.gov/voting/Pages/myvote.aspx?lang=en. Registrations must be sent in by April 27th.

Loomis said registered voters who have not received their ballot by May 7th should contact his office.
