A Roseburg man was cited for offensive littering on Monday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 4:45 p.m. the 51-year old was contacted in the 800 block of Northwest Highland. The report said the man has been demolishing his car and leaving parts in the parking lot, and accumulating other trash. His actions have generated numerous complaints and two previous citations.

An officer contacted him again and found 50 to 60 pounds of new trash stacked and strewn next to his vehicle. He was cited again, and then released.
