ROSEBURG WOMAN JAILED FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT AND HARASSMENT

A Roseburg woman was jailed, charged with second degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on Saturday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at 5:45 p.m. officers contacted the 48-year old woman in the 1200 block of Southeast Stephens where she was allegedly trespassing inside a vehicle. The report said the woman’s behavior ultimately gathered a large crowd and almost stopped northbound traffic.

The report said officers attempted to detain the suspect but she resisted and fought with them as she tried to get away. She was eventually taken into custody and held on $5,000 bail.
