Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 7:30 p.m. officers contacted the 35-year old man at Eagles Park in the 700 block of Southeast Douglas where he was allegedly drinking multiple beers. The man was released after the citation was issued.
