A Roseburg man was hospitalized after a two-vehicle accident on Friday.
A report from Roseburg Police said just after 8:00 a.m. a 28-year old woman was traveling eastbound on Northwest Stewart Parkway and was going to make a left turn at the intersection with Northeast Airport Road. The report said the second driver, a 21-year old man, was traveling westbound on Northeast Stewart Parkway and was continuing through the intersection. The first vehicle allegedly turned in front of the second vehicle, causing a head-on crash.
The second driver was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center with a shoulder injury. He was treated and released according to a hospital spokesperson. The first driver was cited for making a dangerous left turn. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
