Aviva Health is holding two mass COVID-19 vaccination events this week.

Glide area residents can be vaccinated on Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Glide Community Center on North Umpqua Highway.

Myrtle Creek area residents can be vaccinated on Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Myrtle Creek Elks Lodge on South Main Street.

People age 18 and over can be vaccinated at either event. Call Aviva at 672-9596 to register. Walk-ins are welcome.
