There have been multiple positive test results for COVID-19 in the Oakland School District.

Information provided to parents in the district said one student at Oakland Elementary has tested positive along with two members of the school community at Oakland Middle School.

Superintendent Patti Lovemark said that students in the cohorts impacted will participate in distance learning while they are in quarantine until Monday April 12th.

Lovemark told News Radio 1240 KQEN that Oakland High School was not impacted by these tests.
