A Roseburg man was cited in a littering incident early Tuesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 12:30 a.m. officers contacted a 60-year old on the bottom level of the downtown parking structure on Southeast Rose. The man was surrounded by a pile of trash that was determined to be his. He was cited for offensive littering. The man threw his garbage away before being released and leaving the area.
