A Roseburg man was cited for first-degree trespass and third-degree theft by Roseburg Police on Monday.

Information from RPD said at around 7:50 a.m. officers responded to a report of a 37-year old stealing underwear at Fred Meyer on Northwest Garden Valley after being previously trespassed from the store.

He was released after the citation was issued.
