Roseburg Police jailed a man for a reported assault on Friday.

A report from RPD said on March 20th,40-year Dustin Conn and a victim got into an argument. Conn allegedly hit the victim on the top of the head, which left a bump and caused the victim to have a headache.

Conn was taken into custody at 1:10 p.m. in the 1600 block of Southeast Hamilton.

Conn was held for a felony count of fourth-degree assault. Additional charges were added. Bail was set at $152,500.
