MAN CITED FOR SECOND-DEGREE CRIMINAL TRESPASS TWICE IN LESS THAN SIX HOURS

A Roseburg man was cited twice for second-degree criminal trespass on Tuesday.

Information from Roseburg Police said at 10:00 a.m. the 37-year old was called in for acting suspicious in the back- parking lot behind the former JCPenney’s building on Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The man was cited and reminded that he was be arrested again if he returned.

At about 2:45 p.m. the man returned to the Southgate Market on Southeast Stephens after being told between 6 and 10 times by the owner not to return. He was cited again and then released.
