A Roseburg man was jailed following a disorderly conduct incident on Tuesday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 6:40 p.m. a 33-year old Portland man’s behavior generated three calls for service in the downtown area. The report said the man was walking into the roadway and blocking traffic. The suspect also allegedly stood in front of a UTrans bus and then boarded it without paying. The man eventually left the bus after 15 minutes and walked back into traffic several times.
He was charged with second degree disorderly conduct and for interfering with public transportation. Bail was set at $2,500.
