Roseburg Police cited a 14-year old juvenile for fourth-degree assault on Thursday.

An RPD report said a group of juveniles were in the bathroom at Glide Middle School at about 12:00 p.m. when one of the juveniles allegedly punched another juvenile several times. The report said the victim was knocked to the ground and lost conciseness briefly. The victim received treatment and was diagnosed with a concussion.

The suspect was released to their parent after being cited.
