No charges were filed in a hit and run incident on Tuesday.

A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s office said at about 3:30 p.m. a 25-year old Wilbur man was pinned by a truck driven by a 51-year Wilbur man, in the 400 block of Shakemill Road. The vehicle then left the area but the driver was later located.

Deputies and medical personnel responded to the scene. The man that was hit told deputies that he did not want to press charges.
