The driver was taken to a Grants Pass hospital after a semi-truck rolled on Interstate Five Thursday night.

A report from Oregon State Police said just before 11:00 p.m. troopers and EMS personnel responded to the northbound lanes at the Canyon Creek Summit, for a report that the vehicle was blocking a lane of travel.

The report said the trailer was loaded with fireworks but was not labeled correctly. The driver did not have a hazmat endorsement and received a warning.

A tow company cleaned up the accident scene.
