A missing Roseburg teen has been found.

An update from the Oregon Department of Human Services, Child Welfare Division, said 14-year old Shena Horton was found at about 11:40 p.m. Tuesday night. Horton had gone missing from a residence on Newton Creek Road on Sunday afternoon.

Sergeant Brad O’Dell of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said the girl was found at a residence in the Green District in the company of her biological non-custodial mother. O’Dell said detectives interviewed the girl and determined she had been with that woman since she left her own house.

Deputies arrested Gloria Kicinski on a charge of custodial interference in the second degree. Kicinski was taken to jail.
