No one was hurt when a vehicle hit a guardrail after hydroplaning on Monday afternoon.
A report from Oregon State Police said at about 4:45 p.m. a 62-year old man was headed southbound with the flow of traffic about a mile north of the Winchester exit on Interstate Five, when the unexpected hydroplaning took place. The report said the sedan spun around before impact, and had heavy front end and side damage. Six wood posts and three sections of metal guardrail were damaged.
The vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
