11 more people have received new positive test results for COVID-19 in Douglas County, and there is 1 new presumptive case, as of Thursday.
An update from the Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team said the total number of cases is now at 1,841. Of those, 1,743 are people that have received positive test results, and 98 are presumptive. There have been 48 deaths. 10 Douglas County COVID-19 patients are being hospitalized, 6 locally and 4 outside the area. 146 people are in isolation. 583 people are in quarantine. That means the staff with the Douglas Public Health Network are supporting 729 people that are either in isolation or quarantine.
DCCRT said the majority of residents that are being asked to isolate or go into quarantine are linked to one of several local school outbreaks.
The next drive through testing clinic with DPHN is Friday in Roseburg.
