Snow and icy conditions at higher elevations in some parts of Douglas County are causing some impacts Wednesday morning.

*Camas Valley Charter School is on a two-hour delay. There will be no preschool class

*Oakland Schools on a two-hour delay.

*Winston-Dillard School District has morning buses on snow routes

*South Umpqua School District is on the snow route for Boomer Hill students only. All other bus routes are operating normally
