1 more person in Douglas County has died of COVID-19, 9 more people have received new positive test results, and there is 1 new presumptive case, as of Tuesday.
County Public Health Officer Dr. Bob Dannenhoffer said the 47th death was a 96-year old woman who was diagnosed with COVID-19 on January 15th and passed away on Monday.
An update from the Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team said the total number of cases is now at 1,811. Of those, 1,714 are people that have received positive test results and 97 are presumptive. 11 Douglas County COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, 9 locally and 2 outside the area. 147 people are in isolation. 331 people are in quarantine. That means the staff with the Douglas Public Health Network is supporting 478 people that are either in isolation or quarantine.
The next drive through testing clinic with the Douglas Public Health Network will be Friday in Roseburg.
