A Roseburg man was jailed following a trespass incident on Monday.

A report from Roseburg Police said on Monday morning at about 7:40 a.m. the 43-year old returned to the Chevron station in the 300 block of Garden Valley Boulevard after being trespassed by employees, multiple times.

The report said the suspect refused to leave, and caused such a scene that customers were setting down merchandise and walking out of the store to get away from him. The man eventually left the store but allegedly stood in the driveway, not allowing cars to enter the premises.

The man was charged with second degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. He was held on $3,750 bail.
