Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged theft incident on Sunday.

An RPD report said at about 2:50 p.m. 33-year old Mars Ulra allegedly stole merchandise from Fred Meyer for the third time in the same day. The report said the man had been previously trespassed and was not allowed on the property.

Charges included three counts of third-degree theft and 3 counts of first-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $22,000.
