7 more people has received new positive test results for COVID-19 in Douglas County and there are 3 new presumptive cases, as of Saturday.
An update from the Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team said the total number of cases is now at 1,669. Of those, 1,579 are people that have received positive test results and 90 are presumptive. There have been 43 deaths. 8 Douglas County COVID-19 patients are being hospitalized, 6 locally and 2 outside the area. 169 people are in isolation. 353 people are in quarantine. That means the staff with the Douglas Public Health Network are supporting 522 people are that either in isolation or quarantine.
