A Roseburg man was jailed after reportedly refusing to leave Walmart property on Thursday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at around 7:40 p.m. 40-year old Nicholas Mitchell was contacted in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. The report said the man’s behavior had generated several calls during the day. He was also found to be under the influence of alcohol, which is a violation of his parole conditions.

Charges included second degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass, along with parole violation. Mitchell was detained without bail.
