A Roseburg woman was cited on drug and substance charges by Roseburg Police on Monday.

An RPD report said at about 8:00 a.m. the 38-year old was called in near Southgate for allegedly not being able to maintain her lane. She was stopped near the corner of West Harvard and Elizabeth where she displayed signs of impairment. The suspect was arrested for DUII controlled substance. During her arrest, she was reportedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine as well.

The woman was released after being cited.
