A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect through 10:00 a.m. Friday morning for the south central and southern Oregon Cascades and Siskiyou Mountains including Crater Lake.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service said total snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches are expected with winds gusting to 40 miles per hour. This includes highways 138, 230, 62 and 52 in the Crater Lake, and Diamond Lake areas.

Drivers should plan on slippery road conditions.
