Roseburg Police jailed a man following an incident at Fred Meyer on Garden Valley Boulevard on Wednesday.

Information from RPD said just before 8:30 a.m. officers responded to the store regarding 37-year old Mars Ulra, who had previously been trespassed from that location. He was allegedly found in possession of stolen merchandise from the business.

Charges included first degree theft, third degree criminal trespass and for a parole violation. Ulra was detained without bail.
