A Roseburg woman was jailed after allegedly refusing to leave a hospital room, on Tuesday night.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 9:45 p.m. officers responded to CHI Mercy Medical Center for a report that the 39-year old was in a room and wouldn’t leave. The woman was charged with second degree criminal trespass. She was released on Wednesday.
