A Roseburg man was cited after he was spotted sitting underneath a no trespassing sign on Saturday.

Information from Roseburg Police said at about 10:20 a.m. the 59-year old was contacted while sleeping in front of the former Rite Aid store on Southeast Rose. The report said the man had a large amount of trash scattered around him. He was cited for second degree disorderly conduct and then was released.
