Roseburg Police cited a woman for second-degree theft on Sunday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 11:00 p.m. the 26-year old allegedly went into Walmart on Stewart Parkway and took a bicycle without paying for it. The woman was detained near-by on the bike. The bike was returned to the store and the 26-year old was given a citation and then released.
