A Glendale man was jailed for an alleged strangulation incident, Wednesday night.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at about 11:30 p.m. a deputy responded to a residence in the 100 block of Woodley Court in Glendale. The report said the suspect, 33-year old Caleb Holderman had been arguing, with the victim when he reportedly grabbed her neck from behind and put her in a choke hold. The report said Holderman held the victim like that for several seconds, causing her to have trouble breathing and to not be able to speak. Her hand was allegedly bruised in the process.
Holderman was charged with strangulation and for a warrant. Bail was set at $7,100.
