A Roseburg man was jailed following a disorderly conduct incident on Wednesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 3:45 p.m. an officer investigated a disturbance in the 1700 block of Southeast Jackson. The report said 31-year old Nicholas Kindel allegedly used physical force to keep a victim from taking her car keys and cell phone back from him.

Kindel was charged with third degree robbery, second degree counts of theft and disorderly conduct and for harassment. Bail was set at $61,250.
