Covering coastal Douglas County:

Due to a recent executive order from Governor Kate Brown and Douglas County’s “extreme risk level”, the Reedsport City Hall lobby is closed to the public until further notice.

Staff said all residents are encouraged to use the online bill pay system or payment drop box, located in the parking lot.

A release said staff will continue to work behind closed doors. For services not available online, residents are asked to knock loudly to get prompt service.

The Lower Umpqua Senior Center, Umpqua Discovery Center and the Community Center gymnasium remain closed until further notice.
