13 NEW POSITIVE TEST RESULTS FOR COVID-19, 3 NEW PRESUMPTIVE CASES AS OF WEDNESDAY

13 more people have received news positive test results for COVID-19 in Douglas County, with 3 new presumptive cases, as of Wednesday.

An update from the Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team said the total number of cases is now at 992. Of those, 921 are people that have received positive test results and 71 are presumptive. There have been 19 deaths. 19 Douglas County COVID-19 patients are being hospitalized, 17 locally and 2 out of the area. 180 people are in isolation. 342 people are in quarantine. That means the staff with the Douglas Public Health Network are supporting 522 people that are either in isolation or quarantine. There have been 19,299 negative test results for COVID-19 in the county, according to the Oregon Health Authority.

Patients without a primary care provider that are looking for a COVID-19 test should call the Sutherlin Aviva Health Clinic at 459-3788.

The next drive through testing clinic with DPHN is Friday in Roseburg.
