A 34-year old man was jailed after eluding police on Tuesday afternoon.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at about 2:50 p.m. a deputy attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Interstate Five southbound, just south of Glendale. The report said the vehicle did not yield and the deputy knew that the driver was wanted.
The chase continued to the end of Wolf Creek Cemetery Road where the road turned into a 4×4 trail. The deputy then pursued the suspect on foot until the man got stuck.
Jordan Teller was taken into custody and charged with attempting to elude police, reckless driving, for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and for the warrants. Bail was set at $125,000.
