The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2468 will open their doors for the Operation Homefront toys giveaway on December 18th and 19th.

Commander Michael Eakin said in past years the group was able to give toys away to nearly 500 veteran families and are hoping for the same results this year. Recipients should have a form of identification showing they are military or veteran families.

The event will take place both days from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The post is at 1127 Northeast Walnut in Roseburg.

Eakin said COVID-19 restrictions will be observed.
