Roseburg Police have added additional charges against a man initially arrested on Tuesday in connection with a case of vandalism at the Douglas County Republican Headquarters in downtown Roseburg.

Sergeant Jeff Eichenbusch said for the past several months, officers have been investigating numerous incidents of damage to the building, which is in the 500 block of Southeast Jackson. Eichenbusch said windows had been broken several times, and on multiple occasions graffiti was sprayed on the exterior of the building.

Tuesday, 38-year old Sean O’Grady was contacted and charged with first degree criminal mischief, which is a Class C felony in Oregon.
Wednesday RPD added two more counts of the criminal mischief charge, along with one count of criminal mischief in the second degree. O’Grady was lodged in the Douglas County Jail on $112,500 bail.
