A Roseburg woman died after a two-vehicle wreck on Interstate Five Thursday afternoon.

An Oregon State Police report said just after 4:00 p.m. 81-year old Barbara Harp had a medical emergency while headed southbound just north of the top of Roberts Mountain.  Witnesses say they observed Harp slumped over her steering wheel. The vehicle was out of control and was hitting construction cones, a cement barrier and a commercial vehicle.

The report said Harp was not responsive when medical personnel arrived. She was transported to Mercy Medical Center where she was later pronounced deceased.
