Due to COVID-19 restrictions, CASA of Douglas County has decided to opt out of it annual PJ’s for children in foster care event, but has launched its first “Fostering Imagination” Book Fair.

A CASA release said COVID has created feelings of isolation for many children around the globe, by limiting socialization and in-person interaction. CASA has launched a website that participants can use to donate toward this year’s holiday event: https://give.casaofdouglascounty.org/give/309354/#!/donation/checkout

The release said patrons can access the book fair event via Usborne Books & More and purchase books for personal use. 50 percent of book sales will be donated to CASA for the event: https://k5439.myubam.com/
