COVID-19 CLAIMS 3 MORE LIVES, STATE DEATH TOLL AT 737 AS OF TUESDAY

COVID-19 has claimed 3 more lives, raising the state death toll to 737, as of Tuesday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 771 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 51,909. The new cases include:

*151 in Multnomah County

*110 in Clackamas County

*95 in Washington County

*56 in Jackson County

*49 in Lane County

*30 in Deschutes County

*23 in Umatilla County

*19 in Yamhill County

*18 each in Douglas and Linn counties

*15 each in Malheur and Polk counties

*13 in Benton County

*9 in Crook County

*8 each in Coos and Union counties

*7 each in Baker, Jefferson and Klamath counties

*3 each in Columbia, Harney, Grant and Josephine counties

*2 each in Clatsop, Hood River and Wasco counties

*1 each in Curry and Wallowa counties

The new deaths ranged in age from 73 to 94. 1 each lived in Deschutes, Washington and Marion counties. All had underlying conditions, according to the OHA.
