An Oakland man was cited for child neglect on Wednesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 2:00 p.m. the 26-year old allegedly left a 1 and-a half year old child alone in a vehicle while he was inside a business in the 100 block of Garden Valley Boulevard in Roseburg.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
