COVID-19 has claimed 1 more life, raising the state’s death toll to 692, as of Monday.
An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 557 new confirmed and presumptive cases, bringing the state’s case total to 45,978. The new cases include:
*199 in Multnomah County
*93 in Clackamas County
*71 in Washington County
*60 in Marion County
*30 in Deschutes County
*17 in Jackson County
*13 in Umatilla County
*12 in Lane County
*11 each in Linn and Polk counties
*7 in Malheur County
*6 in Douglas County
*5 in Wasco County
*4 each in Curry and Yamhill counties
*3 in Clatsop County
*2 in Crook County
*1 each in Benton, Columbia, Coos, Jefferson, Klamath, Lake, Lincoln, Tillamook and Union counties
Oregon’s 692nd COVID-19 death is a 90-year old woman in Multnomah County who tested positive on October 24th and died on October 25th at her residence. She had underlying conditions, according to OHA.
