Winston Police jailed a man accused of dealing drugs, after a traffic stop on Saturday night.
A WPD report said at about 11;30 p.m. officers pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation at the corner of Main Street and Jorgen Street. While talking with the driver, the officer observed illegal narcotics inside the vehicle. 43-year old Thomas Fuina was detained and a search of the vehicle was completed.
The report said over 1.5 ounces of heroin, .3 grams of methamphetamine, and 96 pills of a schedule 2 controlled substance were seized. Charges include unlawful possession and delivery of heroin, meth and a schedule 2 controlled substance. Bail was set at $650,000.
